Circa 39 is a boutique hotel in Collins Avenue in Mid-Beach. Recently, AMS purchased the 97-room hotel for$25.5 million. The new owners are planning on doing a full renovation on this vintage Miami hotel. In addition to room upgrades, renovations include a new pool deck and a restaurant.
Furthermore, this purchase was part of the firm’s strategy to own $300 million in hospitality assets across the country. Circa 39 hotel will become part of AMS’ hospitality empire.
Right now, Miami Beach is going through an amazing transformation. The renovation of Circa 39 is a very positive step. Right now, there are a lot of projects spanning from 23rd Street to West 63rd Street. Some examples include a boutique residential project as well as the Aman Miami luxury hotel and condo.
