From the week of October 17 to October 23, the top weekly condo sale was at Eighty Seven Park. The unit sold for more than $9M. In total, condo sales dollar volume for that period reached $114.4 million. This was a slight decrease from the total of $124M from the previous week. However, in this period sales totaled 185, which was an increase from the 176 sales the previous week. On average, condos sold for $618,000. This was a decrease from the week before when the average was $705,000.
Unit 1605 at Eighty Seven Park sold for about $2,904 per square foot. The unit spent 46 days on the market before it sold. Similarly, the second most expensive sale during this period was Penthouse 2 at Bal Harbour 101. The unit spent 42 days on the market and sold for $4.4M, or $1,300 per square foot. The least expensive luxury sale during this period was unit 2404 at Carillon. This unit spent 19 days on the market and sold for $2.4M.
