Atlanta-based will be the homebuilder for a future mixed-use community near the Orlando International Airport, according to documents obtained by Orlando Business Journal in a public records request.
PulteGroup was named in the documents related to the long-awaited Vista Park mixed-use development, which may feature 4,300 homes, 20,000 square feet of office space and 80,000 square feet of retail space. A master plan is seeking approvals from the city of Orlando for future development on the 1,565.8-acre property that is northwest of State Road 417 and State Road 528.
Pulte will build 565 homes on 209 acres in the first phase of development, according to the plans.
