Victor Oladipo, a Miami Heat player who joined the team in March recently scored a beautiful home in Miami Beach. The basketball star paid $7.8 million for the non-waterfront property. This was a record deal for a non-waterfront house. In fact, the previous record was $6.5 million. Oladipo’s new mansion is a seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom house that measures 6,900 square feet.

The player’s new home in Miami Beach is located at 65 South Hibiscus Drive. In fact, the Hibiscus Island home sits on a .3 acre lot and was completed just last year. In addition, it features a pool and pool house, two master suites, and three en-suite bedrooms.

Oladipo has been playing for the Miami Heat since March. Previously, he was part of the Orlando Magic, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Indiana Pacers teams. Oladipo is not the only major basketball star to leave a mark on the south florida real estate world. In fact, former Miami Heat player LeBron James recently sold his waterfront Coconut Grove home for $12.8 million.
