Florida is already in Phase 2 of reopening the economy, as determined by Governor Ron DeSantis, on this last day 5. In the midst of this resumption environment, Miami-Dade County gyms and gyms have received great news: reopen its doors after more than two months closed. However, the decision comes with several protection measures and restrictions.
Miami-Dade follows the same schedule as Broward County, where gyms reopened last month.
Academies must follow CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) rules and guidelines. The use of masks is mandatory and some are adopting temperature control of regulars at the entrance. Some will not open now and will wait for a more convenient time.
Tomorrow (Wednesday), Miami beaches may also reopen in the county, as determined by Mayor Carlos Gimenez. The original reopening date was June 1, but was postponed due to protests on May 30, related to the assassination of George Floyd.
Miami real estate can be purchased virtually
Like so many segments that are resuming business, the Florida real estate industry is also responding and taking creative measures to make the buying and selling process as safe as possible. The processes and procedures can be done virtually. The buyer’s physical presence was no longer needed before the pandemic period. However, now everything is easier and less bureaucratic. Even to show Miami apartments and houses, brokers are turning to technology and making virtual-tours increasingly closer to reality, as if the buyer were, in fact, physically on site.
We also have virtual tours of some Orlando homes for sale near Disney.
