From August 15 to August 21, Miami Dade condo sales jumped. During that period, condo sales totaled $148 million. This was up from $131 million the week before. Overall, sales dollar volume rose to 226 units compared to 208 units the prior week. This week, condos sold for an average of $640,00. This was an increase from the previous week, when the average was $632,000.

Furthermore, the most expensive sale during this period was the closing of townhouse A a the Setai. The unit sold for $12.3 million, which is nearly $3,400 per square foot. In addition, the unit only spent 39 days on the market.

Similarly, the second most expensive sale during this period was unit 4601 at One Thousand Museum. The unit closed at $5.6 million, which equated to about $1,200 per square foot. This one, on the other hand, only spent a day on the MLS.

The least expensive of the Miami Dade condo sales for this week was a unit at Trump Tower III. Unit #1401 spent 95 days on the market, and sold for $2.3 million.
