The Star Wars decor of this Orlando home became famous on the Airbnb website and is only 15 minutes away from Disney’s Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. The house is in a huge “Star Wars” themed village. The rental space has 5 bathrooms and 9 bedrooms, each designed to look like a planet or location from the iconic films.

On Airbnb, a house stay costs about US $ 275 per night, which guarantees a good rental income for the owners. Generally, a home in Orlando generates between 8% return per year. When decorated efficiently and depending on the characteristics of the property, it can easily go from 10% per year. It is a solid investment in dollars, protection of assets and still guarantees a good return for investors. In many cases, the rental income pays off the financing portion, allowing the owner to leverage the investment through American banks (low interest rates).

The house we commented on in this post is a great example of how vacation homes in Orlando are attracting new guests by investing in the sensory side and transforming the hosting in an experience.
