Rumor has it that a St Regis brand development is coming to Sunny Isles Beach. So far, there is not a lot of information regarding the project. However, there is enough to suspect that more news are coming soon. Here is what we know so far:
Located at 18801 Collins Avenue, a 4.7 acre oceanfront has been sitting unused ever since the a Playa De Veradero motel got sold. In fact, it was bought out for $113 million. As of now, the site is approved for 490 residential units. All of this within two 56-story towers measuring over one million square feet. Recently, the joint venture of developers refinanced the property for $119 million.
Right now, Sunny Isles is booming with incredible real estate opportunities. If the new St. Regis Sunny Isles project does join the beach’s skyline, it will continue to amplify the area’s popularity.
The beautiful island of Sunny Isles Beach is home to some of the most high-end beachfront condos in South Florida, including the famous Porsche Design Tower with its high-tech car elevator, that allows owners to park their cars inside their homes.
