The developers of the renowned luxury project, One Thousand Museum, are proposing a new waterfront luxury condo. The new development would be located in Edgewater and called 729 Edge. 729 Edge would expand 342,848 square feet, and be 58 stories tall.
The project would be composed of 70 incredible units ranging from three to five bedrooms. In addition, each floor would only have one to two units per floor. Full-floor units would expand 6,174 square feet. In addition, the project would also have 2 penthouse-style townhouses, spanning two floors.
Residents would be able to park in 9 stories of parking, featuring 160 total spaces. In addition, the project would also feature 13,037 square feet of commercial space. The amenities of the project would be similar to those in One Thousand Museum. Some of the ones proposed include a private dock, lounge/bar, business center, theater room, fitness center, and much more.
As of right now, plans for 729 Edge have been submitted to the city’s Urban Development Review Board.
