Onda will be a luxury boutique development located in 1135 103rd St., Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. The project will offer 41 residences and penthouses within 7 stories. The luxury boutique development will have incredible waterfront views, a private marina, a fitness area and spa, and a rooftop pool. The prices for the units will range from $1.8 to $8 million. This new luxury development will be located in Downtown at 20 NE 11th St., Miami. In addition, it will feature 375 fully furnished residences in a 65-story tower. Furthermore, it will offer a limited penthouse collection and two presidential suites. This project also has the convenience of offering short term rental agreements. Prices will range from $300,000 to $16 million-plus for the penthouses and presidential suites. The development offers studios, and one and two bedroom units. The units will have up to 3,270 square feet of living space. Amenities will include a 20,000 square foot Beach Day Club, celebrity dining experiences, and much more.

5- 160 Marina Bay

This 16-unit boutique condo development will be located at 160 Isle of Venice Dr., Fort Lauderdale. It will feature four residences per floor. Each condo features 10-foot ceilings, large terraces, water views, and more. Prices will range from $2.2 million to over $2.4 million. The three bedroom units range from 2,875 to 2,918 square feet.
