Gil Dezer, known for his luxury condo towers recently partnered up with Bentley to bring a new luxury condo tower to South Florida. The oceanfront Bentley building will be located on an exclusive site in Sunny Isles. In addition, this will be the first Bentley residential tower in the world. Sales will launch later this year. The new luxury condo in Sunny Isles will bring luxury to the next level.
Bentley residences will have more than 200 luxurious condos. It will measure 749 feet with more than 60 stories. In addition, it will be designed by Sieger Suarez Architects. As for the amenities, the tower will feature a gym, spa, bar, pool, theater, restaurant, and more. Furthermore, each condo will have an in-unit, multi-car garage that will have access to a car elevator. This new luxury condo in Sunny Isles will replace the Days Hotel by Wyndham Thunderbird Beach Resort. It will be located at 18401 Collins Avenue.
According to Dezer, the project has an agreement with Bentley, which will give the developer access to Bentley’s dealers and special events. Furthermore, this will be the tallest tower in Sunny Isles Beach. As for construction, the tower is expected to break ground in early 2023 for completion in 2026.
