The project includes two different buildings, one with 552,000 square feet, and the other with 418,000. Furthermore, Mike Stuart from Landmynd Services is the applicant for the project known as “Air Commerce Park Tract D.” In addition, other companies involved with the project include Florida Engineering Group Inc., Bio-Tech Consulting Inc., and more.
Furthermore, this is a project that may cost about $65.1 million to build. In addition, it will create 631 temporary construction jobs. In fact, this space has very close proximity to the Orlando airport, and therefore could lure larger firms into being interested in the space. Right now, industrial real estate is very hot in Central Florida.
