Famous basketball player just acquired a unit on the 43rd floor at Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles Beach, north of Miami Beach. According to public records James paid $9 million for a unit on the two-tower project that was recently completed.
The Estates at Acqualina is located at 17909 Collins Avenue and the South Tower, with it’s 49-story and 154-unit, was completed this summer; the north tower is currently under construction. The project will count with 45,000-square-foot amenities villa that will include an ice skating rink, bowling alley, incredible pools, among other. Both towers have lobbies designed by the late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld and the amenities villa is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
