Aston Martin has made it clear that it not only intends to consolidate its legacy in the luxury sports car industry but also in the real estate market. The British brand launched a tower of exclusive residences in Miami, that offers one of the most high-end penthouses in the world. The triplex residence in the sky, valued at $ 50 million, will give the buyer nothing less than a Vulcan, an 800 horsepower V12 hypercar valued at $2.3M – a car so extreme it requires special training to drive. Only 24 examples have been made.
Aston Martin Tower will feature 8 penthouses, but only one is a triplex, that spans almost 20,000 sqft, with floor-to-ceiling windows that maximizes views of Miami’s Skyline, Biscayne Bay and the Miami River. The residence features 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and occupies floors 63 through 65 of the 66-story residential tower. Although the building is the first venture of the British brand into Luxury Real Estate, It’s not the only world-renowned sports car brand in the business. Porsche Design came out ahead with the Porsche Tower Miami, in Sunny Isles Beach. At Porsche Tower, owners may park their fancy cars in the living room of their apartments, if they wish, thanks to a high-tech car elevator. Although at Porsche the car is the key to the unit, the building does not offer a Porsche car as a git if you buy a unit.
Aston Martin Tower may not offer a car elevator, but owners may park their fancy boats, longer than 300 feet, in an adjacent exclusive marina designed by developer G&G Business Development.
