Bell Partners just bought the Fort Lauderdale Apartments known as Satori Apartments to be rebranded. The 279-unit apartment complex was sold to the investor for $99.5 million. In fact, the deal equated to about $356,631 per unit. Their plan is to rebrand the formerly known “Satori” Apartments as “Bell Sunrise.”

These Fort Lauderdale apartments have been around since 2010. The property measures 572,542 square feet. In addition, the community features amenities such as two steam rooms, saunas, a dog park, a pool with cabanas, a clubhouse, and more.

Recently, Bell partners has been aiming to expand its South Florida portfolio. In fact, last year the firm purchased two Boca Raton apartment communities fo $94.2 million. Furthermore, it also acquired a 240-unit multifamily community in Miramar for $62 million.
