Boca Raton is a city on the southeastern coast of Florida, which is very close to Miami (about an hour’s drive north). Because it is still a small city, with low population density, great weather and beautiful beaches, Boca Raton is one of the favorite destinations in Florida for retired Americans.
In this pandemic period, the movement of Americans migrating from other states, mainly northern states (eg New York) to live in Florida, intensified the search for real estate in the city of Boca Raton. The flow of new residents was not only intensified by retired Americans but also young families in search of larger homes and neighborhoods with less population density (less risk of contagion). Suburban Miami cities like Boca Raton and Weston are among the most sought after.
In addition to the beautiful beaches and pleasant weather all year round, Boca Raton also stands out for its location. Privileged location close to Miami, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, the city is close to the main centers of Florida.
With around 90 thousand inhabitants and low population concentration , Boca still preserves a typical small-town atmosphere.
The city also offers good schools and great universities, another great attraction for those who want to live in the region.
