Gil Dezer has halted condo marketing efforts and laid off some hotel employees amid the COVID-19 pandemic, but he’s confident both crucial sectors of South Florida’s economy will bounce back once business resumes.
Sunny Isles Beach-based Dezer Development is known for building condos like Porsche Design Tower, the Residences at Armani/Casa and the Trump Towers. It also owns numerous local hotels, and the Intracoastal Mall, which it hopes to redevelop.
