Fortune International Group and Château Group have broken ground on the 52-story Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach Real Esate project.
The oceanfront residential tower at 15701 Collins Avenue will be built by Suffolk Construction and is expected for completion in 2018.
Attendees at last week’s groundbreaking included Sunny Isles Beach Mayor George Scholl, Commissioner Jennifer Levin, Commissioner Dana Goldman, Sergio Grosskopf of Château Group and Jeff Gouveia, president of Suffolk Construction.
“Fortune International Group and Château Group have long been recognized as two of South Florida’s most established and highly regarded real estate leaders,” Scholl said in a statement. “It is with great confidence that we celebrate their contributions to Sunny Isles Beach with this remarkable, forthcoming development.”
